1. What is important to you in a job?

国航西南分公司宣传部副部长谢光发告诉记者，空姐的薪酬包括三个部分：基础工资、飞行小时费以及驻外补贴。基础工资是按照国家核定的职称和工种来定的，同其他社会工种的基础工资没什么大的区别，飞行小时费则按照空姐的飞行时间多少计算，实行多劳多得。而在１９９７年之前，空姐收入“高人一筹”的部分主要体现在最后一项——驻外补贴上。据了解，在１９９７年之前，各航空公司对空姐的驻外补贴实行的是“驻地标准”，即飞行停留国家的生活补贴标准，最高可达七八十美元一天，最低也有三四十美元一天。当时空姐的平均月薪在万元以上，最高的月薪达到了两万多元，是真正的社会高收入者。然而， １９９７年后，民航管理部门对空姐的驻外补贴出台了一个统一的标准：每天３０美元。这一标准无疑一记重磅炸弹，将空姐的收入拉下了一个档次。
此后，空姐的收入增长点开始转向飞行小时费。由于当时国家并未对空姐的飞行小时设限，因此空姐积极地“多劳多得”。据民航总局的资料显示，当时有的空姐最高月飞行时间达到了２００小时，按照国内各大航空公司通常参照的３０元至８０元人民币／每小时的标准，空姐的收入依然维持在一个较高的水准，飞行小时费一般都在每月万元左右。
不过，空姐长期处于高度疲劳的飞行状态的现状，让民航总局于２００３年对空姐的飞行小时进行了限制性规定：空姐每月飞行时间最高不能超过１２０小时，下不限底。如此算来，空姐在此项上的最高极限收入每月不会超过９６００元人民币。随着航运市场格局的变化，国家加大了这方面的检查监控力度，各航空公司也不敢轻易涉险。国内空姐的平均月薪随之下降到３０００元至５０００元之间，开始归于中等收入水平。
