很多报考小学英语教师岗位的考生,在备考时存在无方向、无目标、无方法的“三无”状态,在短短几天或者十几天的准备时间里想脱颖而出变得很困难,今天中公资深讲师景丹华在这里跟大家分享几个方法和方向,让小学英语老师变得胸有成竹!

第一, 练习说。讲一口流利的英语是树立英语教师形象,提高业务素质的重要一环。作为承担启蒙教学的小学英语教师应具有正确的语音、语调,自然、纯正、流利的口语和简洁、清晰的语音。从某种意义上说,作为“入门”阶段的小学英语教师比初中英语教师更重要,初学者对英语的第一印象是非常重要的,记忆是非常深的,一旦错误的印象形成,就很难改变。在考场上,错误的语音语调是非常致命的,所以这些基础比较薄弱的考生,可以从现在考生注意纠正自己的语音语调,可以听一些新概念、VOA等官方教程。

第二, 练习唱。根据小学时有意注意时间短,活泼好动、爱说爱唱的特点,儿童歌曲是他们喜闻乐见的教学活动之一。教师要能结合学生学习的过程编写适合学生喜爱的英语歌曲,就是用学生熟悉的儿童歌曲旋律,填上有趣的英语歌词,根据其节奏唱出英语歌词。这一操作可以在面试试讲的各个环节得以呈现,考生在准备教材的时候有意识的进行改编歌曲,会使自己的试讲添彩。

第三, 练习组织活动。小学英语讲授除了基本的知识点,更多的是老师引导学习进行丰富多彩的练习活动。考生可以根据自己的实际情况准备考活动形式和相对应的话术,达到事半功倍的效果。
